摘要
为分析和探讨瑜伽操对师大女生柔韧素质提高的作用,选用纵劈叉、两手背勾、双手握杆转肩、俯卧背起等4项柔韧指标,对2007级184名女生进行一学年的对比实验研究.结果表明:实验组学生身体各部位的柔韧性普遍增强,4项指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其中腿的柔韧幅度提高最大;实验组学生5项身体素质指标也有明显提高,其中800m、肺活量、仰卧起坐成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05).可见瑜伽操对师大女生柔韧素质的提高具有优越性.
To discuss significant effects of Yoga exercise on the flexible quality improvement of girls in normal universities,considering splits,two hands back overlapping both hands holding rod and turn the shoulder as well as prostrating head up as four flexible quality indexes,184 girls in 07 grade as samples for one year were selected to make a contrast experiment.The results show that after the teaching experience of Yoga,different body parts' flexibility of experimental group has been generally improved.Four flexible quality indexes are higher than the control group,and the flexibility of legs increases the most.Five physical quality indexes of experimental group also have significantly improved,especially 800 m,vital capacity and sit-ups.The results prove that Yoga exercise is good for the flexibility improvement of girls in normal universities.
