HSP27在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的研究进展

摘要 热休克蛋白27是小分子热休克蛋白亚家族的重要一员,在保护细胞免受各种应激损伤的过程中发挥着重要的作用。本文就HSP27在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的研究进展进行简要综述。 Heat shock protein 27 is an important member of small heat shock protein subfamily, which plays a key role in protection cell from various of stress injury. This paper reviews research progress on heat shock protein 27 in chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases.
