万家寨水电站黑启动方案及其试验

This paper has introduced the black-up plan of Wanjiazhai Hydropower Station. And it has described that the Shanxi Power Grid used Wanjiazhai Hydropower Station to carry out black-up test and record the real-time operation status of generating unit. The test result indicates this plan has maneuverability, and it can be used as a kind of emergency plan to quick start the power grid when the power grid of Shanxi and Inner Mongolia are stopped.
