金刚石工具中FeNi合金替代Ni粉的应用研究(下)

摘要 为提高金刚石工具的综合性能,产品中需要添加一定比例的单质Ni粉,而近年来有色金属的价格不断上涨,导致金刚石制品的制作成本大幅度增加。以低价的Fe70Ni30合金粉部分取代单质Ni粉,在保持工具的性能不变的条件下,可大大降低产品成本。实验采用基础预合金粉JF-01(FeCu30)与羰基Ni粉、Fe70Ni30合金粉按不同比例配合使用,制备Φ105mm、Φ350mm花岗岩锯片及Φ400mm水泥锯片,考察了烧结胎体的基本性能(烧结温度、硬度、抗弯强度),并进行了切割性能比较。结果表明,在石材锯片中Fe70Ni30可取代30%~40%的Ni粉,降低成本10%以上;在水泥锯片中可替代40%以上的Ni粉,降低成本20%以上。 A proportion of Ni powder is required to be added in the production to improve the comprehensive properties of diamond tools.But during recent years,the cost of diamond products has increased substantially with the steadily rising price of nonferrous metals.To substitute low-priced Fe70Ni30 alloy for part of Ni powder with the performance of tools remaining unchanged can greatly reduced the production cost.In this paper basic pre-alloy powder JF-01(FeCu30) and carbonyl group Ni powder are used by matching in different proportions to prepare Φ105mm and Φ350mm granite saw blade and Φ400mm cement saw blade,and examine the basic performance of sintering matrix(sintering temperature,hardness and bending strength) and compare the cutting performance.It can be seen from the results that Fe70Ni30 can replace 30%-40% of Ni powder in the stone saw blades to reduce the cost by over 10% and can replace over 40% of Ni powder in the cement saw blades to reduce the cost by over 20%.
