With the continuous development of large-size cubic hinge apparatus made in China,its cross-industry application has been deepened constantly and higher demand of its measurement and control technology is needed for market.During recent years,the idea of precision development of cubic apparatus has been continuously strengthened;now,precision technology has become the key technology which is as important as the large-size technology.In order to understand the overall technical level of the artificial diamond equipment and master the development trend of the industry,this paper chiefly introduces the development of the measurement and control technology of cubic apparatus in China during recent years.By classification and comparison,this paper explains the status of the development of cubic apparatus on synthetic cavity pressure,temperature and environmental comprehensive measurement and control technology and draws a conclusion that we should accelerate the precision progress of cubic apparatus in China at present.
