摘要
目的应用红外光谱三级鉴定技术,分别对小承气汤及其加减配伍规律进行研究。方法采用红外光谱、二阶导数红外光谱和二维相关红外光谱法对小承气汤(Ⅰ方)、小承气合剂(Ⅱ方)和活血承气合剂(Ⅲ方)的提取物进行研究分析。结果一维红外光谱中Ⅲ方提取物与Ⅰ方、Ⅱ方提取物的差别明显,而在一维红外光谱与二阶导数光谱中Ⅰ方与Ⅱ方之间的差异却并不明显,但在二维相关红外光谱中两者差别明显,Ⅲ方中增加了白头翁和败酱草两味药,其提取物的红外光谱与前两种复方的提取物有明显变化,如O-H伸缩振动吸收移至3342cm^-1,芳香化合物骨架振动移至1614cm^-1,C-O伸缩振动吸收移至1266cm^-1与1056cm^-1,多出了1199cm^-1,吸收峰指纹区在768cm^-1、603cm^-1出峰。结论一维红外光谱中Ⅲ方提取物与Ⅰ方、Ⅱ方提取物差别明显,而在一维红外光谱与二阶导数光谱中Ⅰ方与Ⅱ方之间的差明并不明显,但可利用二维相关红外光谱最终将二者分开。配伍比例在变化对原方影响明显,会直接影响药效的发挥。
Objective To observe the compatibility of compound mixture of Xiao Chengqi. Methods To study the differences of compatibility of compound mixture of Xiao Chengqi by fourier transform infrared spectrosco- py. Results The extracts of decoction Huoxue Chengqi mixture ( Ⅲ ) were significantly different from those of decoction Xiao Chengqi decoction( Ⅰ )and decoction Xiao Chengqi mixture( Ⅱ )in the one dimensional fourier transform infrared (FTIR)spectra, but the difference between decoction I and decoction Ⅱ could only be differentiated by the Synchronous two dimensional FTIR spectra. Conclusions Different compatibility proportion in Xiao Chengqi compound mixture provides a new platform for the overall research on compatibility of the traditional Chinese herbs. This new method may prevent the single, unilateral and non-integrated defects, putting emphasis on the holism and interrelationship among the compatible herbs.
