彩色多普勒超声在主动脉夹层动脉瘤诊断中的应用

Color doppler ultrasound diagnosis of aortic dissection

目的评价彩色多普勒超声诊断主动脉夹层动脉瘤的临床价值。方法对2010年3月至2011年7月应用彩色多普勒超声技术诊断的9例主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者进行总结分析，采用经胸超声检查，观察主动脉管腔内有无膜样回声及管腔内血流情况。结果超声能够敏感显示剥离的内膜、剥离的范围及血流的改变，并对主动脉夹层动脉瘤进行分型。9例患者中DeBakeyⅠ型者2例，Ⅱ型者3例，Ⅲa型者1例，Ⅲb型者3例，均经血管造影或MRI扫描证实。结论彩色多普勒超声检查可以成为主动脉夹层动脉瘤的首选诊断方法。

Objective To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing dissecting aortic aneurysm. Methods Nine cases with dissecting aortic aneurysm were analyzed by color Doppler ultrasound and transthoracic echocarcliography（ TTE）, including the membrane shape ultrasonic echo, blood stream change in aortic canal. Results Ultrasound is sensitive displaying intimal dissection, dissection of the scope and changes in blood flow. Aortic dissection can be classified. The patients Debakey Ⅰ type 2 cases, Ⅱ type 3 cases, Ⅲ a type 1 case, Ⅲ b-type 3 cases were confirmed by angiography or MRI scan. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can be a diagnostic method for aortic dissection aneurysm.
