摘要
聚合物微槽道换热器未来在电子设备散热方面具有很高的实用价值。利用Moldflow模流分析软件,以微槽道换热器为研究对象,以聚丙烯为原材料,基于微注射成型技术,研究不同外形尺寸、翅片深宽比、脱模角度、浇口尺寸和浇口分布型式对翅片翘曲变形的影响规律。模拟实验结果表明:百微米级微翅片大小减半其翘曲量减少为原来的1/3;翅片脱模角增大可以有效改善翘曲变形;翅片高宽比增大可强化其对翘曲的影响;浇口尺寸减小利于改善翘曲变形且双浇口能有效的减小翘曲变形的发生。
Electronic equipment used polymer micro-fins heat exchanger had high practical value in the future. Moldflow software was utilized to analysis micro heat exchanger,by injection molding methold with polypropylene material under different sizes,aspect ratios,draft angles,gate sizes and gate distribution patterns to study their influence on the warpage of micro fins. The results showed that the warpagc distribution of micro-channel was almost centrosymmetric. In the small scale,half the size of fin the warpage reduced to 1/3. Bigger draft angle could help to reduce the micro-fins' warpage. Growth of the fin' s height to width aspect ratio could enhance its effect on warpage . Smaller gate or double gates could help to ease the warpage.
