摘要
目的 探讨生长因子与增生性玻璃体视网膜病变形成和发展的关系。 方法 选41 例孔源性视网膜脱离伴PVR 患者,采用放射免疫方法测其TNF,FGF,TGFβ,EGF 的含量。 结果 PVR 患者视网膜下液中TNF,EGF,FGF 浓度明显高于对照组( P< 0 .05) 。TNF,EGF,FGF 浓度C 组高于B 组,B 组高于A 组,差异有显著性( P< 0 .05) ,TGFβ在A 组及对照组均未测到,而C,B 两组可测到其浓度,C 组明显高于B 组,差异有显著性( P< 0 .05) 。视网膜下液中TNF,EGF 浓度各组高于血浆中TNF,EGF 浓度,差异有显著性( P< 0 .05) 。 结论 生长因子在PVR 形成。
ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between the formation of proliferative vitreoretinopathy(PVR)and the levels of growth factor in serum and subretinal fluid(SRF).MethodsSerum and SRF samples of 41 patients with retinal detachment and PVR were collected and stored in refrigerator with-20℃.They were divided into three groups:A,B,C according to the severity of PVR.The levels of epithelial growth factor(EGF),fibroblast growth factor(FGF),transforming growth factor beta(TGF β)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)in serum and SRF were measured by radioimmunoassays.ResultsIn serum,the levels of EGF and FGF in samples were higher than those of control group?1,but not statistically significant( P >0.05).The levels of TNF and TGF β were similar to that of control group?1,but the levels in serum were not related to the severity of PVR.The levels of TNF,FGF,EGF and TGF β in SRF were higher than those of control group?2 and increased significantly with the increase of the severity of PVR( P <0.05).ConclusionGrowth factor may play an important role in the development and the formation of PVR.
