过氟化碳液体用于球内异物取出术22例分析

目的 分析过氟化碳液体在球内异物取出术中的作用和效果。 方法 采用扁平部玻璃体切除术，过氟化碳液体注入协助球内异物取出，并分析其术后效果。 结果 ２２ 例２３ 眼手术全部异物取出，术后未发生视网膜脱离。７ 眼术前合并视网膜脱离者，术后视网膜复位。术后视力＞ ０ ．０２ 者２１ 眼（９１ ．３ ％ ） ，＞ ０ ．１ 者１６ 眼（６９ ．６ ％ ） ，＞ ０ ．５ 者６ 眼（２６ ．１ ％ ） ，＞ １ ．０ 者２ 眼（８ ．７ ％ ） 。

ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of perfluorocarbon liquids on intraocular foreign body extractions.MethodsPars plana vitrectomy using perfluorocarbon liquids was performed on 22 cases (23 eyes) to facilitate the extraction of intraocular foreign body.The postoperative effects were analyzed.ResultsThe foreign bodies in 22 cases(23 eyes)were all extracted.There was no retinal detachment post operatively and the retinas of 7 eyes,which had preoperative retinal detachment,were reattached.The postoperative vision:21 eyes(91.3%)obtained visual acuity above 0.02,16 eyes(69.6%)above 0.1,6 eyes(26.1%)above 0.5,2 eyes(8.7%)above 1.0.ConclusionVitrectomy using perfluorocarbon liquids for the extraction of intraocular foreign bodies is an ideal treatment.
