摘要
目的:探讨增免强力颗粒治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的作用机制。方法:以20、15、10 g/kg的剂量给正常小鼠连续7 d灌服增免强力颗粒,观察其对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、溶血素及溶血空斑形成的影响。结果:增免强力颗粒可显著提高正常小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞对鸡红细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数;显著促进正常小鼠溶血素的形成,大剂量可显著促进溶血空斑的形成,中、小剂量可明显促进溶血空斑的形成。结论:增免强力颗粒可以明显增强小鼠免疫功能。
Objective:To investigate the infection characteristics of Zengmian qiangli granule in treatment of infantile repeated respiratory.Methods:20,15,10 g/kg dose to normal mice for 7 consecutive days.Results:It can significantly increase phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index of the normal mouse peritoneal macrophages in chicken erythrocyte;can significantly promote hemolysin formation of the normal mouse,high dose group can significantly promote the hemolytic plaque formation,middle,small dose could obviously promote the hemolytic plaque formation.Conclusion:Zengmian qiangli particles can significantly enhance the immune function of mice.
