摘要
导师与研究生的关系融洽与否直接影响到研究生培养的质量。在构建和谐的研究生师生关系中,导师应当明确自己承担的社会责任,扮演好自己的角色。导师不仅是研究生知识的传播者、科学研究的引路人,也是全面发展的服务者和发现、培养拔尖创新人才的伯乐。
Whether tutors and graduate students get along well with each other or not influences the training qualities directly. Therefore, in the construction of harmonious relations between postgraduates and teachers, tutors should know for sure their social responsibilities and do good jobs in teaching, and play a variety of roles, that is, knowledge disseminators, direction givers of scientific researches, as well as services of postgraduates' overall developments and talent spotters to discover and cultivate top-notch innovative talents.
