云南高校留学生安全管理问题研究

Research on Security Issues in International Students Administration in Universities of Yunnan Province

近年来,随着中国面向西南开放桥头堡建设步伐的不断加快,云南高校留学生教育获得了迅速发展,但也凸现出了一系列问题,其中留学生的安全管理问题显得尤为突出。如留学生来滇留学目的的管理问题、因留学生群体文化差异对高校教学和管理要求的差异问题、留学生在学期间的人身安全问题等。本文对留学生安全管理问题进行了分析,并就强化留学生安全管理提出了建议,为高校留学生管理工作者提供参考。

Along with the accelerating pace of constructing Yunnan into a gateway in China＇s opening up to the Southwest, the education for international students in Yunnan province has won the rapid development in recent years. However, a series of problems have emerged during this process, particularly the security issues existing international student administration, such as the management of study purpose in Yunnan province, education and management requirement differences due to the cultural differences of international student groups and personal security issues of international students in universities, etc. Understanding these problems, analyzing the causes leading to them, and fishing for the way to solve them has become the prominent issues that every university and manager has to concern and study.
