中西医结合治疗血管免疫母细胞性T细胞淋巴瘤合并自身免疫性溶血及纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma with Autoimmune Hemolysis and Clinical Observation on Pure Red Cell Aplastic Anemia with Integrative Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗血管免疫母细胞性T细胞淋巴瘤合并自身免疫性溶血及纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效。方法:通过临床病例分析认为该病治疗以益气养血解毒为主,选用八珍汤加减治疗。结果:通过两例病例分析有助于提高对淋巴瘤合并自身免疫性溶血及纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血的认识,有助于临床做到早发现,早诊断,早治疗。结论:中西结合治疗血管免疫母细胞性T细胞淋巴瘤合并自身免疫性溶血及纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血临床疗效较好,且不良反应小。

Objective：To explore the clinical effectiveness of the treatment of Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma with Autoimmune Hemolysis and Pure Red Cell Aplastic Anemia by integrative TCM with Western medicine.Methods：Through the analysis of clinical cases,it was considered that the disease could be mainly treated by tonifying qi,nourishing blood and detoxifying poison,and using modified Bazhen Decoction.Results：The analysis of two cases was beneficial to enhance the awareness of Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma with Autoimmune Hemolysis and Pure Red Cell Aplastic Anemia for early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment in clinic.Conclusion：Integrative TCM with Western medicine has better clinical effects and small adverse reactions for the treatment of Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma with Autoimmune Hemolysis and Pure Red Cell Aplastic Anemia.
