桃红四物汤加减治疗眼底出血疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Taohong Siwu Decoction in Treating Retinal Hemorrhage

目的:观察桃红四物汤加减治疗眼底出血的临床疗效。方法:采用桃红四物汤(桃仁、红花、当归、川芎、芍药、生地黄)加减分期治疗眼底出血41例(49眼)。结果:49眼中痊愈21只眼占42.9%、显效16只眼占32.7%、有效8只眼占16.3%、无效4只眼占8.2%,有效率为91.8%;治愈后复发2例,复发率为9.5%。结论:桃红四物汤加减治疗眼底出血临床疗效好,且复发率较低。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Taohong siwu decoction in treating retinal hemorrhage.Methods：Taohong siwu decoction（peach kernel,safflower,angelica root,peony,habitat） with addition or subtraction was used for the stage treatment of 41 cases（49 eyes） of retinal hemorrhage.Results：Of 49 eyes,21 eyes were cured（42.9%）;the treatment for 16 eyes was significantly effective（32.7%）;the treatment for 8 eyes was effective,（16.3%）;the treatment for 4 eyes was ineffective,（8.2%）.The effective rate was 91.8%;2 cases recurred and the recurrence rate was 9.5%.Conclusion：Taohong siwu decoction shows good clinical efficacy in treating retinal hemorrhage,and the recurrence rate is low.
