彩色多普勒超声对移植肾术后肾动脉闭塞的诊断价值

Application of Color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing artery embolism of renal transplantation

目的:探讨移植肾术后肾动脉闭塞的彩色多普勒超声早期诊断价值。材料和方法:回顾分析5例经临床证实的肾移植术后动脉闭塞的彩色多普勒超声表现。结果:3例肾动脉主干及其分支完全闭塞,2例移植肾内多支段动脉及其分支闭塞,仅见一支段动脉充盈。结论:彩色多普勒超声对移植肾术后肾动脉闭塞的早期诊断具有重要价值。

Objective： To evaluate color Doppler uhrasonography of transtation renal artery embolism and its diagnostic value. Methods Five patients were analyzed oretrspectively, which were confirmed by the clinical data. Results Three patient showed embolism within the main renal artery （involved both of kidneys）, and two patients showed embolism within the segmental and its branch, only one segmental artery blood fullness. Conclusions Color Dopple uhrasonography can be the first imaging modality for transplantation artery embolism and is helpful for rapid clinical diagnosis.
