放射状角膜切开术矫正准分子激光角膜切削术后残余近视

摘要 目的 评价放射状角膜切开术(RK) 矫正准分子激光角膜切削术(PRK) 后残余近视的安全性、有效性及有关并发症。 方法 分析10 例病人14 只眼用RK 手术矫正PRK 后残余近视的屈光及视力变化。RK 后最短观察时间6 个月。 结果 3 只眼(21 % ) 接受1 次PRK 治疗,7 只眼(50 % ) 接受2 次PRK 治疗,4 只眼(29 % ) 接受3 次PRK 治疗。11 只眼(79 % ) 接受4 刀RK 术,3 只眼(21 % ) 接受8 刀RK 术。所有病人RK 术后裸眼视力均提高。RK 术后6 个月,屈光度较RK 前显著下降2 .93 D±1 .53 D( P< 0 .05) 。 结论 RK 是矫正PRK ObjectiveTo evaluate the safety,efficacy and complications of radial keratotomy (RK) in uncorrected myopia after photorefractive keratectomy (PRK).MethodsFourteen eyes of 10 patients who were treated with RK after PRK were analyzed in surgically induced refractive and visual acuity changes.Minimum follow up time was 6 months.ResultsThree eyes(21%)underwent PRK once,seven eyes(50%)underwent PRK twice,and 4 eyes(29%)underwent PRK for 3 times.There were four surgical incision in 11 eyes(79%)and eight incisions in 3 eyes(21%).All patients had an improvement of uncorrected visual acuity.There was a significant reduction of refraction(as quantified by vector analysis) at 2.93±1.53 diopters in patients who had RK after PRK at 6 months( P < 0.05 ).ConclusionRadial keratotomy is an effective and safe method for correcting undercorrected myopia after the treatment of PRK.Further study and analysis of those patients is planned.
