摘要
目的 探讨视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO) 血流动力学改变。 方法 经散瞳眼底检查及眼底荧光血管造影确诊为RVO 病例52 例,健康对照组52 例,使用Acuson 128 XP/10 型彩色电脑声像仪,测定了视网膜中央动脉(CRA) 、中央静脉(CRV) 及眼动脉(OA) 的收缩期最大血流速度(Vmax) 、舒张期末最小血流速度(Vmin) 及阻力指数(RI) 。 结果 RVO 患者CRV 的Vmax 及Vmin 均明显低于健眼( P< 0 .05 ,P< 0 .01) 。RVO 患眼CRA、CRV 及OA 的Vmax 和Vmin 明显低于对照组( P< 0 .05 ,P< 0 .01) 。RVO 健眼CRA 的Vmin ,OA 的Vmax 和Vmin 明显低于对照组( P< 0 .05 ,P< 0 .01) 。 结论 CRV和OA 异常的血流动力学是RVO
ObjectiveTo investigate the changes of hemodynamics in retinal vein occlusion(RVO).Methods52 patients were determined as RVO by fundus examination and fluorescein angiography,52 healthy patients were as control.They were investigated by Acuson 128 color Doppler imaging.The Vmax,Vmin and resistive index(RI) of central retinal artery(CRA),central retinal vein(CRV) and ocular artery(OA) were measured.ResultsThe values of Vmax and Vmin in patients with RVO were significantly lower than that of control( P<0.05 , P<0.01 ).The Vmax and Vmin of CRA,CRV and OA in experimental group was markedly lower than that of control subjects( P<0.05 , P<0.01 ).The values of Vmin in CRA,Vmax and Vmin in OA were significantly lower in RVO unaffected eyes compared with the control eyes( P<0.05 , P< 0.01 ).ConclusionAbnormal hemodynamics of CRA and OA is the clinical base for the occurrence of RVO.
