影响甘肃省高校体育教育专业学生排球裁判能力培养的因素分析

Analysis of Factors on Impacting the Physical Education in Gansu Province Students' volleyball Referee Ability

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法对甘肃省体育教育专业本科生排球裁判能力培养的现状进行调查,运用因子分析法对影响甘肃省高校体育教育专业学生排球裁判能力培养的各个因素进行分析,最后提取培养主导因子、外部条件因子、培养主体心理因子、业务水平因子、自身素质因子五个主要的影响因子进行分析研究.结果表明,由于甘肃省具有体育教育专业的各院校办学条件的差异和自身发展特点,个别院校对体育教育专业学生裁判能力培养的目标不明确;排球教学主要集中在技战术方面,而对学生排球裁判技能的培养与训练相对较少;在进行排球规则与裁判法教学时不够全面深入,缺乏对学生裁判员综合能力的培养;个别院校关于排球裁判理论和实践的教学还不能有效地结合起来,多注重理论而忽视实践能力;课余时间学生裁判员参与裁判工作的机会很少,执裁的能力得不到有效的锻炼和提高;考核多重视理论,实践能力考核不多.针对上述影响因素,提出七条建议.

The paper uses the methods of literature, questionnaire, interviews, statistics and logical analysis and the others, investigates the current situation of cultivating the PE undergraduate students volleyball referees ability and analysis the factors on cultivating the physical education students volleyball referees training of Gansu Province. Fnally it extracts the leading five factors in culture, external conditions, training of the main psychological factors, the level of factor services and their quality factors to analysis and study. The result shows that different universities and colleges＇ goal on training students＇ referees are not clear because of their differences in running the school and their own development characteristics. Volleyball teaching mainly focuses on techniques and tactics while for Gansu province PE teaching, the training for volleyball judge skills is relatively less; the teaching for conducting volleyball rules and judgments is not enough in-depth and the cultivation for comprehensive ability of students referees is lacking. Some schools can not integrate the theories of volleyball referee and their practices. They pay more attention to the theory and less to ability of the practices. Students＇ referees have little chance to involve in the job of referee at their spare time and they cannot get more practices and improvement on their ability as a real referee. Students＇ assessment focuses more on theory and less on practical abilities. For the factors that affect the cultivation the students＇ referees, the paper proposed seven strategies for improving.
