团泊水库节制闸及道路下过水涵洞的优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 为连通水库与内湖水系,并穿越规划的城市一级道路,拟修建2座节制闸及道路下过水涵洞。初步设计的团泊水库节制闸及道路下过水涵洞方案安全系数较大、偏于保守,采用数值模拟方法,通过对不同设计方案的内力及变形分析,实现对节制闸及道路下过水涵洞的优化设计。分别采用了有限元软件ANSYS、ABAQUS对底板厚度减小后的水闸及闸室、对侧壁及底板减小后的过水涵洞进行了受力分析和变形计算,结果表明经优化后的方案具有可行性,降低了对地基土承载力的要求,并减少了混凝土用量,降低了工程造价。 To create a connection between reservoir and inner water system,crossing planning urban first-grade road at the same time,it is proposed to build two sluices and box-culvert under road.Preliminary design with a relative great safety factor for sluices and box-culvert under road tends to be on the conservative side.It is possible to reduce safety factor and bring up an optimum design for sluices and box-culvert under road after comparison on stress and deformation analysis of different design plans is made by the numerical simulation.FEM software ANSYS is adopted to analyze stress and deformation of sluice and lock chamber when thickness of base plate is reduced and FEM software ABAQUS is adopted to analyze that of box-culvert when thickness of sidewalls and base plate are simultaneously reduced.The simulating results indicate that the optimum design has a certain rationality and feasibility,significantly lowering the standard of bearing capacity of soil,reducing quantities of concrete and construction costs.
