^(60)Coγ射线对K_(562)细胞及其耐热亚群杀伤作用的研究

The Response of K _(562) and Its Thermotolerant Cells to ^(60)Co γ-Ray Irradiation

目的 研究６０Ｃｏ γ射线对Ｋ５６２ 细胞及其耐热亚群的杀伤作用。方法 先诱导产生Ｋ５６２ 细胞耐热亚群，然后应用不同剂量６０Ｃｏ γ射线照射和５－ Ｆｕ 对Ｋ５６２ 细胞株及其耐热亚群的放射敏感性进行测定。结果 Ｋ５６２ 细胞耐热亚群对射线照射和５ － Ｆｕ 具有一定程度的耐受性；５ － Ｆｕ 联合不同剂量的照射有部分的相加作用。结论 Ｋ５６２ 细胞热耐受性、耐药性及放射抗性之间有一定的必然联系。提示在临床热疗工作中。

Objective To study the relationship between thermotolerance and radiosensitivity of K 562 Cells. Methods K 562 thermotolerant cells were induced at first,then the radiosensitivity of K 562 thermotolerant cells were measured.Results The radiosensitivity of K 562 thermotolerant cells as well as its drug cytotoxicity was lower than that of K 562 cells;and there were additional effects of 5-Fu on radiosensitivity.Conclusion Correlation exists among thermotolerance,radioresistance and drug-resistance .The work demonstrates that it is essential to avoid thermotolerance stages in clinical practice.
