摘要
本文主要介绍了亚麻籽作为健康食材的历史、亚麻籽生物活性成分与人类饮食健康的关系和亚麻籽健康食材的开发利用,并对亚麻健康食材的发展提出了建议。
The history of flaxseed as health food materials,the relationship between bioactive eomponents of flaxseed and healthy diet, the exploitation and utilization of flaxseed as health food materials were introduced in this paper, and meanwhile, some suggestions on the development of health food materials of flax were also put forward.
