皮瓣在深度手烧伤修复中的应用

Application of flaps to the repair of deep burned hands.

目的 为了改进各种皮瓣修复深度手烧伤的效果。方法 对各种皮瓣在不同时期修复深度手烧伤的结果进行了回顾性临床研究。结果 早期修复、康复治疗，具有较好的功能和外形。

Objective To improve the application of different flaps to the repair of deep burned hands. Methods Clinical studies of repair of deep burned hands with different flaps at different time were conducted in re￣trospect. Results Early repair and early rehabilitation are more effective with better cosmetic results. Conclusions Deep burned hands should be repaired with flaps and rehabilitated as soon as possible.
