摘要
检查表在改革开放之初诞生,多数沿用至今。检查表为医院标准化管理服务,为质量管理服务,但存在不少问题,不足与过多并存,繁琐与浪费成为问题,检查效果也有问题。提出建立检控点库的构想,要大大增加检控点,但每次检查用的检控点少而精。由检控点库生成检查表,现用现制,节省印刷费用,提高检查效果。要走群众路线,以科研态度与方式进行,保证检控点库上水平。
An efficient examination chart for service and management quality is suggested to: help professionals obtain essential data
with the least expenditure of time,effort, printing paper;have simple but flexible, improvised contents so as to be readily adaptable to different examinatin objectives that may be needed at any time;be made for immediate use,of fewer but more pertinent scoring points selected from a relatively up-to-date, complete, stable scoring point base; while taken from, be also used to test, enrich, and perfect the scoring point base in terms of scientific nature, structure, comprehensiveness, convenience for use.
