摘要
研究了民用飞机中FPGA的设计,主要包括FPGA设计的研制生命周期、设计与验证过程,以及在关键系统中FPGA设计的单粒子翻转效应及可测试性考虑。
This paper studies the FPGA design in the civil aircraft,including the FPGA development life cycle,design and verification process,as well as the consideration of single-event upset preventing and the consideration of fully testable in critical system.
