Design and Implementation of Dynamic Ev aluation in Internship Management System

目前顶岗实习中评价方式单一。将动态评价与Web2.0的开放理念融合在顶岗实习管理平台中,设计顶岗实习前期的岗前测试及培训指导、中期的教学介入和互动、末期的指导教师和学生互评等一系列管理流程,基于Web应用技术实现其主要功能,探讨动态评价在良好的资源和技术支持下对于师生互动管理的解决方案。

Aimed at the evaluation of single way in the internship management system,with the opened idea of Web2.0,the author combined dynamic evaluation with Web2.0 in the internship management platform to design a series of management processes,such as pre-training and guidance in pre-internship,intervention and interactive in mid-term,peer assessment between teachers and students,and achieve its main function based on Web application.The paper explores the dynamic evaluation in good resources and technical support for the teachers and students interact management solutions.
