高校教师兼具教育教学和科学研究这两项重要的教育实践功能,因此,高校教师的实践性知识具有不同于中小学教师实践性知识的新内涵。同时,由于信息化环境的影响,高校教师的实践性知识也呈现出信息化、多元化、团体协作性等新特征。
