Practice and Analysis on Opening Synthesis Experiment of Polyvinyl Formal

为了使学生加深对缩聚反应的理解,在应用化工实验课程中增开聚乙烯醇缩甲醛的合成实验;摈弃传统按部就班的实验方法,通过正反实验的对比,将学生分组,分别探讨催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、反应物比例及胶水的pH值等对实验结果的影响,增强学生的实验兴趣,巩固学生的理论知识。

For making students to deepen understanding of the polycondensation reaction,the synthesis experiment of polyvinyl formal was opened in the experiment course on application chemical.By rejecting the experiment method of traditional step by step and comparison of positive and negative experiment,The influence of catalyst dosage,reaction temperature,reaction time,reactant ratio and glue pH value on the experiment result was explored respectively in making student group.The students＇ interest in the experiment was enhanced,and the theoretical knowledge of students was consolidated.
