摘要
基于环形件轧制过程中体积不变原则,建立了导向辊运动轨迹方程,并借助MATLAB软件进行求解,得到了导向辊中心瞬时x、y方向的位移及其旋转角速度ω;将计算数据导入到ABAQUS中,进行外台阶截面环形件轧制成形的数值模拟。结果表明,采用所提出的方法可以较精确地确定导向辊运动;该研究结果为保证轧件质量实时合理地控制导向辊的运动奠定了理论基础。
The motion equations of guiding roller based on the volume invariable principle of during the rolling process were established. The rotation angular velocity and instant displacements in x and y direction of guiding roller center were calculated by mathematical software MATLAB. The calculated data were imported to ABAQUS software, and the rolling process for ring with stepped cross sections was simulated. The results indicate that the guiding roller can be effectively controlled by the proposed method; the research conclusions can provide scientific basis for reasonably controlling the movement of guiding roller during the ring rolling.
