摘要
基于铸造数值模拟技术,对壁薄、尺寸大、凹坑复杂的壳体铸件低压铸造的改进工艺进行了充型及凝固过程仿真,预测了缺陷的分布;通过生产确认了优化方案的合理性。
Based on the CAE technique, the filling mould and solidification process of low pressure casting case castings was studied, the defect distribution was predicted. Finally, the trial production proves that the improved casting proces is feasible.
