摘要
针对压铸的特点,在对压铸模传热过程合理简化的基础上,描述了适合于数值模拟的压铸模具温度场数学模型,以及求解压铸模具温度场的边界条件,并采用专用分析软件ADINA对铝合金压铸模进行了压铸过程温度场数值模拟分析。
Aiming at characteristics of the die casting, the mathematical model that was suitable for numerical simulation of die-casting die temperature field and the boundary conditions of solving casting die temperature field were described. At same time, the aluminum alloy die-casting die temperature field in the die-casting process was analyzed by special analysis software ADINA.
