摘要 应用铸造模拟软件AnyCasting,通过分析砂型铸造缸体的流场和温度场,跟踪流头铁水的流动情况,分析了缸体挺杆孔侧水腔漏水原因,模拟结果与实际的漏水位置相符;在此基础上,分析了两种改进工艺的流场和温度场的情况,为实际生产提供参考。 Using casting simulation AnyCasting, the flow field and temperature field in sand casting of engine block was analyzed, the flow of liquid iron was tracked, and the leaking reasons of the tappet were analyzed. The simulation results were consistent with the fact of leaking position. Based on this, the flow field and temperature field under two improved process schemes was analyzed, which provided reference for practical production.
