摘要
应用光学金相研究了高纯铝硅合金中硅相的组织遗传规律。结果表明:硅原料的纯度不同,配制得到的Al-12.5%Si中间合金中共晶硅的尺寸形貌也不同,用纯度为99.996wt%的硅配制的中间合金其共晶硅比纯度为99.85wt%的更细小、均匀。Al-12.5%Si中间合金中共晶硅的尺寸形貌会影响Al-1.0%Si合金中硅的存在状态,即存在硅相的组织遗传性。
The structure heredity of Si in high purity Al-Si alloys was investigated by optical microscope. The results show that the microstructures of eutectic silicon in Al-12.5%Si master alloys are different when the pureness of raw material silicon is different. The Al-12.5%Si master alloy made by 99.996wt%Si has more uniform and smaller eutectic silicon than the one made by 99.85%Si. There is some relation between the Al-12.5%Si master alloy and Al-1.0%Si alloy on the pattern of eutectic Si, which is called structure heredity.
