摘要
采用有限元法,对钢制汽车车轮平衡块的多挤压通道的毛坯的成形做了分析,得到了毛坯中间缺口部分厚度的最佳值。在此尺寸下,零件能够充满模腔,同时铆钉和飞边也能顺利成形,尤其是铆钉的长度得到了保证,达到了设计图纸的要求。该方法精确地计算出了挤压毛坯的形状和尺寸,减少了试模时间和次数,提高了新产品的开发周期,具有较大的现实意义。
By means of FEM analysis, the forming process of steel wheel balance block blank with several extruding channel was analyzed, and the best gap thickness value in middle of blank was got. Under the value, the cavities of upper die and lower die can be filled well and the rivet and flash can also be smoothly formed. Especially, the length of rivet which required by design drawing can be reached. This method can accurately calculates the shapes and sizes of extrusion blank, which is useful in reducing the time and frequency of die test and improving the new product development cycle.
