摘要
介绍了大型曲轴的镦锻加工方法;用Deform软件对其成形过程进行了有限元模拟,发现了弯曲和镦粗两种运动之间的联系对产品质量的影响,并分析了此类加工的工艺特点。
The upsetting-bending method for heavy all fibre was introduced,then the Deform FE software was used to simulate the forming process. The relation between bending and upsetting was found to affect the quality of the products in the simulation course, so the characteristic of the technology was analyzed.
