摘要
通过数值模拟和试验相结合的方法研究了带法兰的镁合金管件的温挤压成形过程。模拟显示,金属塑性流动顺利,无挤压成形缺陷,表明模具结构合理;力学性能测试表明,成形件力学性能达到指标要求。
The method of numerical simulation and experimentation were applied to study the process of magnesium alloy tube with flange.The numerical results show that there is no extrusion defection during metal plastic flowing and the structure of forming die is reasonable;the test results of mechanical property of the forming tube meet requirements.
