摘要
通过分析突变壁厚旋压圆筒的主要设计指标,计算旋压力后选择了合理的旋压工装,并根据材料极限减薄率设计了旋压毛坯。采用3道次旋压成形的工艺方法,优化了旋压工艺参数,实现了具有突变壁厚筒形件的旋压成形,满足了设计指标。
Through analyzing the main designing index of abrupt wall- thickness cylinder, the suitabal spinning die was choosed after caculating spinning force,as well as the spinning blank was designed according to the material limited reducing-thickness rate.Three time spinning process was adopted to optimize spinning parameters and realize the spinning form of abrupted-wall thickness cylinder, the designing index was satisfied.
