Simulation and Optimization on Drawing Process for Spring Seat

摘要 模拟分析了原工艺流程中弹簧座的拉深成形状况,模拟结果与其在局部位置的减薄和增厚难以满足生产要求的现状高度吻合。针对产品的质量状况,以工件凸台部位对应的凸模圆角半径和模具间隙作为影响因素,建立了工件最大减薄率和最大增厚率回归模型。在回归模型的基础上进了多目标优化,优化得出的参数为产品的质量提供了保障。 The drawing process of spring seat in original process was simulated and analyzed. The simulation results of thinning and thickening in the local position was highly consistent with production state, that was that the thickness of the part is difficult to meet the production requirements. In view of the drawing workpiece's forming quality problem, two regression models were established by regression analysis using punch profile radius and die clearance in the part of the boss. Based on the regression models, the multi-objective optimization was made, and the optimum parameters make the quality meet the product requirement.
