摘要 以低碳钢平板TIG单道焊为例,研究了热源模型形状参数对焊接残余应力和变形的影响。结果表明:热源模型形状参数对焊接残余应力大小及分布的影响并不明显,但对焊接变形尤其是角变形有一定的影响。 The effects of welding heat source model parameters on welding residual stress and deformation were researched, taking the TIG single pass welding of low-carbon steel sheet as an example. The results show that the parameters of heat source have no significant influence on residual stress distribution, but have a certain effect on welding deformation, especially on angular distortion.
