摘要
对不锈钢毛细管结构的真空钎焊工艺进行了试验研究,确定了毛细管与管板(材质均为1Cr18Ni9Ti)钎焊时的温度(1050-1070℃)、保温时间(5~10min)等最佳钎焊工艺参数。观察分析了钎焊接头的微观组织,并对接头的致密性进行了检测。研究表明,通过应用上述最佳工艺参数能够得到内外部质量、密封性能和力学性能优良的接头。
The vacuum brazing joint of stainless steel tube-plate was discussed. The suitable parameters of temperature and heat preservation for vacuum brazing were obtained. The microstructure and composition of the welded joint were analyzed. The results show that the inner and outer quality, the sealing performance and mechanical properties of the brazed joint are fine by using the obtained optimal parameters.
