摘要
采用铝基钎料对工业纯铝进行真空钎焊,分析研究了铝基钎料的Si含量、钎焊工艺参数对钎焊接头的强度、硬度和耐蚀性等性能的影响,探索其钎料的最佳硅含量及钎焊工艺参数组合。结果表明,钎料中的最佳Si含量为12wt%,最佳钎焊加热温度为620℃,保温时间为20min。
The aluminum base brazing filler were applied to vacuum brazing industrial pure aluminum, and the influence of the Si content of aluminum brazing filler and soldering process parameters on the soldering welding head of strength and hardness and corrosion resistance were researched. The experimental results show that the optimal parameters are the Si content 12%, brazing heating temperature at 620℃, holding time 20 min.
