摘要
采用宏微观形貌分析、化学成分分析、拉伸及冲击性能试验等分析了氢气压缩机缸套开裂的原因。结果表明,灰铸铁内部铸造缺陷的存在是导致缸套发生早期开裂失效的主要原因,片状石墨粗大也是原因之一。
Cracking of cylinder in hydrogen compressor was analyzed by means of morphology and microstructure analysis, chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties test. The results show that casting defect-in gray cast iron is the main reason for cracking of the cylinder, as well as the bulgy lamellar graphite.
