摘要 针对铝合金轮毂重力铸造模具使用中存在的侧模变形以及漏铝问题,根据模具的实际工作条件,运用CAE软件对侧模工作状态以及受热变形情况进行了模拟分析。通过分析确定了侧模受热变形特征以及主要影响因素,提出了侧模结构的改进方案,并运用CAE软件模拟了新方案中侧模的变形情况,为该方案的合理性和可行性提供了理论依据,同时在企业生产实际中验证了该方案的有效性。 The thermal deformation and aluminum leakage was found in wheel hub casting process using gravity casting die. According to working condition, the thermal deformation of lateral die were simulated by CAE. The characteristics of thermal deformation and main Influence factors were revealed. The improved solution about lateral die was proposed. The rationality and feasibility of the solution was proved by CAE simulation. The practical manufacture shows that the improved solution is practical and effective.
