摘要
借鉴国家事业单位岗位绩效工资制度改革的精神,充分考虑民办高校的实际情况,在公办高校尚未完全实施的情况下,创新性地设计民办高校岗位绩效工资制度的总体框架,并提出了具体实施中可能遇到的问题及解决办法,以提高人才资源管理水平,促进民办高校教职工队伍建设。
This paper has boldly designed the general framework for salary assessment regulation by job performance for private university with the current situation of insufficient implementation of this approach in state universities. The formulated rules have been put forward by drawing on the innovation spirit and sufficiently considering the current circumstances in private universities, The paper is aimed at improving the management sufficiency of human resources so as to foster the faculty in private universities.
