河南产业结构与能源消费关系实证研究

An Empirical Study of the Relation between the Industrial Structure and the Energy Consumption of Henan Province

产业结构变动是影响能源消费的重要因素。结果表明,能源消费与区域经济增长关系密切,第二产业对能源消费的影响最大,第一和第三产业对能源消费的影响并不明显。能源消费强度对第一和第二产业占地区生产总值比重的弹性系数均为正值,对第三产业占地区生产总值比重的弹性系数为负值。建设中原经济区必须下大力气调整产业结构,不断扩大能源供给,着力从生产和消费两个方面提高第三产业能源使用率。

The change of industrial structure is an important factor that affects the energy consumption.The study shows that the relation between energy consumption and the growth of the area economy is close;the second industry much affects energy consumption but the influence of the first and the third industries on the energy consumption is not obvious.For the first and the second industries that the energy consumption strength occupies the elastic coefficient of the GDP proportion of the area is positive value;while for the third industry,that the energy consumption strength occupies the elastic coefficient of GDP proportion of the area is negative value.So,for the construction of Central Plain area,it is necessary to constantly expand energy supply and enhance the utilization rate of the third industry from both the production and the consumption aspects.
