美国联邦政府加强大学与产业技术合作的政策与实施

摘要加强大学与产业技术合作是美国联邦政府提升国家技术创新能力的重要策略。对此,美国联邦政府出台了一系列政策,极大地激励了美国大学与产业技术推广项目、产业与大学合作研究中心项目、大学与产业联合研发风险项目的发展。借鉴美国经验,我国应不断优化升级大学与产业技术合作。
