摘要
分析在我国当前海员考试和发证管理模式下,航海高职教育中存在忽视学历教育,以通过海事局适任考试为主要目的的现象.提出处理好航海高职学历教育和适任考试的关系,寻求高水平教育考试模式,以提高我国航海高职院校毕业生的素质.
Analysis the examination and certification in China＇s current seafarers＇ management mode.The maritime higher vocational colleges ignore degree education by the Safety Maritime Authority（MSA） competency test for the main purpose of the phenomenon.To deal with the relationship between the degree education and competency test,and seek high level education model to improve the quality of China maritime higher vocational college graduates.
