摘要
目的探讨介入输卵管再通术在女性输卵管阻塞性不孕症中的价值。方法对临床诊断为不孕症的患者先行子宫输卵管碘油造影(hysterosalpingo graphy,HSG),然后选取120例为一侧或双侧输卵管阻塞的患者行DSA下输卵管再通术。结果介入治疗输卵管梗阻再通率达到80%以上。结论介入治疗输卵管梗阻疗效肯定,与传统手术相比具有创伤小、简便、安全、经济、患者痛苦小,可在门诊进行操作等优点。
Objective Tubal recanalization in women with obstructive tubal infertility in value.Methods Patients with a clinical diagnosis of infertility first hysterosalpingography（hysterosalpingo graphy,HSG）,and then select the 120 patients as unilateral or bilateral tubal occlusion line of tubal recanalization DSA.Result Interventional treatment of tubal obstruction results recanalization rate of 80% or more.Conclusion Interventional treatment of tubal obstruction is effective and,compared with traditional surgery with less trauma,simple,safe,economic,little pain,can operate in the clinic and so on.
