黄葵胶囊联合厄贝沙坦治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿患者的疗效观察

Effects of Huangkui Capsules Combined with Irbesortan for Treatment of Chronic Nephritic Proteinuria

目的观察黄葵胶囊联合厄贝沙坦治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿的疗效。方法将50例慢性肾炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用黄葵胶囊联合厄贝沙坦治疗,对照组单用厄贝沙坦治疗,分别检测两组治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量,所有患者均随访8周。结果治疗组及对照组均能显著降低24h尿蛋白定量(P<0.05),治疗组比对照组降低尿蛋白排泄量效果更显著,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄葵胶囊联合厄贝沙坦比单用厄贝沙坦能更显著地降低尿蛋白排泄量,治疗慢性肾炎有较好疗效,且无严重不良反应。

Objective To observe the Effects of huangkuicapsules combined with Irbesortan for treatment of chronic nephritic proteinuria.Methods 50 chronic nephritic patients were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group,the treatment group were given huangkui capsules and Irbesortan,the controlled group were given only Irbesortan,the 24 hour urinary protein amounts between the two groups before and after treatment were detected.All the patients were followed-up for eight weeks.Results The 24 hour urinary protein amounts decreased significantly in the two groups,compared with the controlled group,the 24 hour urinary protein amounts in the treatment group decreased more significantly.There are significant differences statistically in comparison between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared with Irbesortan,huangkui capsules combined with Irbesortan can significantly decreased proteinuria and have no serious adverse reaction,the effect for treatment chronic nephritic are excellent.
