薄芝糖肽对慢性心力衰竭患者血清脑钠肽和同型半胱氨酸的影响

The Effect of Bozi Glycopeptide on the Brain Natriuretic Peptide and Homocysteine in Serum of Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的探讨薄芝糖肽对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清脑钠肽(BNP)和同型半胱氨酸(HCY)的影响。方法 105例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,治疗组55例,对照组50例。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用薄芝糖肽,两组均治疗4周。治疗前后测定患者的血清BNP和HCY,及其射血分数(EF)。结果治疗后均可改善患者的EF,两组差异不显著(P>0.05)。两组治疗后血清BNP和HCY均有明显改善,并且治疗组明显优于对照组。结论薄芝糖肽可以明显改善CHF患者BNP和HCY的表达,从而改善心脏功能。

Objective To study the effect of bozi glycopeptide on the brain natriuretic peptide（BNP） and homocysteine（HCY） in serum of patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）.Methods 105 patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the treatment group.The patients in the control group were treated through conventional treatment,meanwhile those in the treatment group were treated through conventional treatment plus bozi glycopeptide.They were treated for four weeks.The BNP,HCY and EF were detected before and after treatment.Results Although the EF was improved,there was any difference between two groups（P〉0.05）.The BNP and HCY were both improved after treatment and the treatment group prior to the control group.Conclusions Bozi glycopeptide could decreased BNP and HCY with CHF which can improve cardiac function.
